AUTHOR INFORMATION:

Lynne Kositsky, B.A., B.Ed., M.A is an experienced teacher and multi-award winning poet and children's author who has published many chapter books, middle grade and young adult novels. Her first book in the Our Canadian Girl series, Rachel: A Mighty Big Imagining, was an "Our Choice" selection of the Canadian Children's Book Centre. It was also nominated for a Hackmatack Award, and was awarded a White Raven, given by the International Youth Library in Munich to books which "contribute to an international understanding of a culture and people."
